In the newest clip of "Nightline" correspondent Vicki Mabrey's exclusive interview with Jesse James, he continues to open up about his infidelities by saying the last person he ever wanted to hurt was his wife Sandra Bullock.

"I've spent my whole life trying to protect her," James says of his marriage to the Oscar winning actress. "The most hurt she's ever been caused is by the person that wanted to protect her. ... She's going to be hurt for a long time."

James tells "Nightline" that in the midst of his affairs, he felt horrible. "I knew I would get caught eventually and I think I wanted to get caught."

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are engaged…again. The couple told Us Weekly about their romantic reunion after a turbulent break-up.

The parents of 18-month-old son Tripp rekindled their romance and plan to raise him as a cohesive family unit. Bristol admitted to the magazine that she accepted the proposal without the consent of her mother, politician Sarah Palin. "We got engaged two weeks ago. If felt right, even though we don’t have the approval of our parents."

The news comes just days after Levi apologized to his mother-in-law to be. He told People magazine in part, "I hope one day to restore your trust."

Hollywood hot couple Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are taking on a nutritional challenge together.

The couple both announced on their separate Twitter accounts that they're starting the Master Cleanse. Ashton tweeted: "[Nine] hrs into the master cleanse. I want a steak, a beer, and a blow-pop. Hmmm this is gonna be rough."

Demi sent an update, writing: "[Second] day of master cleanse and off to hike with hubby and the dogs. 2nd day better than the 1st!" In response to some questions from her followers about her reasons for doing the master cleanse, Demi tweeted back "this is for health" and "[I'll] let you know if I make it to day 4."

U2 frontman Bono reportedly suffered a back injury, requiring emergency surgery.

According to Reuters, the singer was preparing for U2's "360 Degree" world tour when the injury occurred.

"Bono has today undergone emergency back surgery for an injury sustained during tour preparation training," his spokesperson told the wire service. "He was admitted to a specialist neuro surgery unit in a Munich hospital. Bono will spend the next few days there, before returning home to recuperate. Once his condition has been assessed further, a statement will be made regarding the impact on forthcoming tour dates."
